This registry collects only the personal data you explicitly provide when submitting a download request: full name, email address, optional organization, and the reason for the request. Your IP address and user-agent string are logged along with the request for audit purposes. This data is used solely to process and track the request.

You may contact the Registry administrator to request deletion of your data. Approved requests are retained for statistical reporting but may be anonymized on request.
